HBO Max is an American subscription video-on-demand streaming service owned by AT&T through the WarnerMedia Direct subsidiary of its WarnerMedia unit. The brand offers consumers content from HBO and WarnerMedia's various film and television properties.

As a part of MKTG-UB 56: Brand Strategy and Planning, I collaborated with a team of 5 students to work on our final project, which tasked us with analyzing a brand's identity and equity, current core strategy, SWOT, and competitors, as well as develop recommendations for brand strategies and programs to sustain, enhance, and leverage the brand. As a result, we were awarded a 95, which was the highest grade out of the other projects.
